Fresh out of high school and exploring my hopes for my future, I delved into the real estate world at 18. While working on my undergraduate degree, I began working in the lending field learning about the intricacies of loans and all the details and needs to process and fund home loans. I was intrigued so I began studying to get my real estate license and shortly thereafter my Real Estate Broker’s license.

After 33 years, I am still active as a Real Estate Broker in California and in Oregon. I have been a loan processor, a loan officer, a salesperson, and a corporate broker for Developers. I have closed thousands of escrows involving raw land, lots, new and used homes, townhomes, condos, commercial land, and businesses. I have learned a great deal over the years and have chosen to apply this in the legal field assisting Clients where needed with my extensive experience.

There are very few situations in real estate that I have not in some form been involved in.
